Why Aren't More Macs Being Sold?
So what's wrong? Have PCs lost their luster? Do so many have them that they don't see a compelling need to buy a new computer this year?

Bruce H. Barritt: We produce too many apples of the kind consumers do not want... We should forget about color and shape and go for what the consumer wants. If it don't taste good, they're not going to come back and get any more.
